The Service consists of data analysis, inventory diagnostics, optimization recommendations, and implementation guidance delivered via reports, presentations, and advisory sessions. RevXray Partners acts as an advisory service provider. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as implementation depends on client actions and market conditions.
Project-Based Engagements: Most engagements are fixed-fee projects with a defined scope, deliverables, and timeline. The specific terms are outlined in a project proposal or statement of work.
Advisory Retainers: Ongoing advisory services, if applicable, are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

All client data shared for analysis purposes is treated as strictly confidential. RevXray Partners will not share, sell, or disclose client data to any third party. Upon request, all client data will be permanently deleted after the engagement concludes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any data exchange.
All deliverables (reports, analyses, recommendations) created specifically for the client become the client's property upon full payment. RevXray Partners retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated insights for internal improvement and general market commentary.

If we cannot identify opportunities of this value, you pay nothing (money-back guarantee). This guarantee applies to the analysis phase only and does not guarantee implementation outcomes.
RevXray Partners provides analysis and recommendations based on client-provided data. While we strive for accuracy and actionable insights, we accept no liability for financial losses, operational disruptions, or business consequences resulting from the implementation of our recommendations. The client retains full responsibility for all business decisions.
This agreement is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
