When you contact us via email or book a call, we collect your name, email, company details, and any business data you share for the purpose of providing our inventory analysis services.
As part of our service, clients may share inventory, transaction, and sales data. This data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted analysis and is treated as strictly confidential.
Client communications are processed via email (Microsoft 365) which may process data in the USA under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. Client business data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.
Client business data provided for analysis purposes is retained only for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for follow-up questions. Upon request, all client data will be permanently deleted.
You have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted.
